RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of Product to exercise your right of withdrawal without involving any cost.

Without limiting the foregoing, according to what is established in Article 103 of the General Law for Defense of Consumers and Users, the Purchaser may not withdraw the product, if the same is unsealed, for reasons of health protection or hygiene. That is to say, the User will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal if the Product is not in its original condition, including the sealing of the same, except return of the Product because the same is found to be defective.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must fill in the Withdrawal Form and send the product to return along with the instructions, documents and wrappings. The shipping costs for the return shall be borne initially by the Buyer.

Once exercised correctly the right of withdrawal and, in any case, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Product in the warehouse, CBD HOME make the payment of the invoice originally issued and returned to the Buyer the full amount of the purchase, excluding delivery costs, by the method of payment selected by the Buyer at the time of making the Purchase. The refund will be subject to the right of CBD HOME to withhold amounts for products returned with damage.
