Delivery times and shipping costs

Política de Devoluciones
En CBD HOME nos comprometemos a ofrecer productos de alta calidad y la mejor experiencia para nuestros clientes. Si por alguna razón no estás satisfecho con tu compra, puedes solicitar una devolución siguiendo los términos y condiciones establecidos a continuación.
Condiciones para las Devoluciones:
- Productos sin abrir:
- Los productos solo serán aceptados para devolución si están sin abrir, en su empaque original y en condiciones aptas para su reventa.
- Plazo de devolución:
- Tienes un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido para solicitar una devolución.
- Productos no aptos para devolución:
- No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido abiertos, usados o manipulados, debido a razones de seguridad e higiene.
- Productos dañados o defectuosos:
- En caso de que el producto llegue dañado o con defectos de fabricación, contáctanos dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido. Se solicitará evidencia fotográfica para evaluar el caso.
Procedimiento para las Devoluciones:
- Solicitud de devolución:
- Comunícate con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente proporcionando los detalles del pedido, el motivo de la devolución y, si corresponde, evidencia fotográfica.
- Autorización de devolución:
- Una vez aprobada tu solicitud, te proporcionaremos instrucciones para el envío del producto a nuestras instalaciones.
- Costes de envío:
- Los gastos de envío de la devolución correrán por cuenta del cliente, salvo en casos de productos defectuosos o errores en el envío.
- Reembolso:
- Una vez que recibamos y verifiquemos el producto, procesaremos el reembolso en un plazo de 10 días hábiles a través del método de pago original.
