Finally, I get to sleep 5 hours straight in a deep sleep! I have tried other cbd, but were not as effective in achieving a dream so restful. This is amazing, should be in the mix with the melatonin. Vol. 5 droplets soft half an hour before I go to bed and I know that I'll fall asleep in an instant, and for hours.( Although I guess that the dose will depend on each person, stress level, body weight, etc...)
