PURPOSE

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase is the supply by AD1 LABS S.L., Tax ID B72553605, of the products offered in its online store, in exchange for an economic payment.

CBD HOME's priority is customer satisfaction, and it aims to achieve this through excellent service. Therefore, it guarantees the quality of the products delivered and their delivery within the terms mentioned below.

All data provided by CBD HOME customers will be treated with extreme privacy and will not be provided to third parties, except when necessary for order delivery.

We reserve the right to use commercial data anonymously to study purchasing habits and uses.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Products will be sold at the price indicated on the website, with the price listed at the time of order confirmation by the customer being valid.

All prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force. Shipping costs will be free on the Iberian Peninsula. For shipments outside the peninsula, shipping costs will appear in the price breakdown before payment and will vary depending on the number of products purchased and the delivery location.

Once the customer has made the corresponding payment for the order, an order confirmation will be sent via email.

Order payments can be made by credit or debit card, through the secure REDSYS system.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without incurring any cost.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, as established in Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the Buyer may not withdraw from the product if it has been unsealed, for reasons of health protection or hygiene. This means that the User will not be able to exercise their right of withdrawal if the Product is not in its original condition, including its sealed packaging, except for the return of the Product because it is defective.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must fill out the Withdrawal Form and send the product to be returned along with the instructions, documents, and packaging. The shipping costs for the return will initially be borne by the Buyer.

Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised and, in any case, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the Product at the warehouses, CBD HOME will credit the originally issued invoice and return the full purchase amount to the Buyer, excluding shipping costs, using the payment method selected by the Buyer at the time of purchase. Said refund will be subject to CBD HOME's right to withhold amounts for returned products that show damage.

Below is the model withdrawal form that must be filled out and sent to the email address info@cbdhomehub.com. Please note that this form should only be completed and sent if the Buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract, and it must be sent along with the proof of purchase of the Product.
