Delivery times and shipping costs
You can choose to receive it at the address you want. We work with different transport companies. We ship throughout the peninsula. We also ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and part of Europe (customer service: info@cbdhomehub.com).
As a general rule, packages are shipped on the same business day that the order is received. However, we guarantee that it will be within 24 hours of payment receipt (business days).
The shipping method we have contracted for the rest of the deliveries is 24-72 hours from when the delivery company picks up the package. 96% of shipments arrive the next day, but don't forget that the delivery service has up to 72 hours to deliver it to you.
Keep in mind that we are talking about business days, so orders placed from Thursday to Sunday may arrive on Mondays or later, depending on the deadlines. For orders placed during the weekend, handling time can range from 24-48 hours from Monday at 9 am. That is, if there is a high volume of orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, there is a risk that not all of them will leave the warehouse on Monday. In that case, they will do so on Tuesday.
In abnormal situations, such as a state of alarm or carrier strike, there may be exceptional delays. As of today, we are operating with complete normality.
About package delivery
If you buy on our website and choose postal shipping, the carrier will usually send you a link or SMS so you can track your order online. If not, please contact info@cbdhomehub.com. The delivery company will try to deliver it to you at least twice. If they cannot locate you, you will have 15 days to pick up the package at the office they indicate (the closest to your home). After that time, if they return the order to us, don't worry, we will contact you to see what happened and we will try to send it to you again. You can always send us an email to info@cbdhomehub.com, and we will try to help you with any questions.
We are not responsible for any damage that your package may suffer once it leaves our warehouse, but we do everything possible to protect fragile items.The boxes are small and your items will be well protected.
Shipping costs are free from 50 euros, in the Peninsula. Customs fees are not included, if any.
This would be the script from our logistics department:

Day 1. You place the order. If it's Monday to Thursday and before 5 p.m., it's very likely to ship the same day. If it's later, it's unlikely, but possible, depending on the workload.

Day 2. Next business day. If it shipped on Day 1, you'll likely receive it today, especially in provincial capitals. In towns, the carrier may take an extra day, depending on the logistics route. If it didn't ship on Day 1, it will be processed. If it's a pack, it can take up to 2 days to process. Under normal conditions, it will be shipped today.

Day 3. 48 hours have passed since your purchase click. 100% of orders placed on Day 1 have already shipped, and they will arrive at their destination within 24-72 business hours.

Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Spanish legislation, at CBD HOME we are committed to guaranteeing your purchase rights. If you wish to make a return, the terms are governed by the following conditions:
1. Right of Withdrawal and Deadline
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the notification communicating your wish to withdraw is sent before the end of the corresponding period.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Very Important)
In accordance with article 103.e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Application in our store: Given that our CBD oils and products fall into this category, only returns of products that are completely sealed, with their plastic seal, intact original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refund will be allowed for any product that has been unsealed, opened, tested, or manipulated after delivery.
3. Damaged, defective products or shipping errors
In the event that the product arrives damaged, with manufacturing defects or does not correspond to what was purchased, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will request photographic evidence to evaluate the case. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will take care of the collection and send you a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.
4. Procedure for exercising the Right of Withdrawal

5. Return shipping costs
The direct costs of returning the product will be entirely borne by the customer, as stipulated by law, except in the cases mentioned in section 3 (defective products or shipping errors). You must send the product protected to the facilities indicated in the support instructions.
6. Refund period and method
Once the package is received in our warehouses and after verifying that the products strictly comply with the non-opening conditions (section 2), we will process the refund. The payment will be made within a maximum of 10 business days using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
CBD HOME reserves the right to reject returns that do not strictly comply with the mentioned conditions. By making a purchase in our online store, you declare to know and accept this return policy.
